Amazon China offers free pick-up service for returns and exchanges(exchange due to quality problem only, not for customer's own change of mind) to almost all cities in Mainland China;  You can avoid the trips to the post office, the postage as well as the waiting time.  If you paid Cash on Delivery, you will be refunded on the spot with cash  by our delivery crew.  If you paid otherwise, after our pick up personnel brings back the product you will be refunded via the method you paid. 

It will on average 10 business days for pickup service to arrive once you make your request through email or online help center and receive our confirmation through email.
