Special Notice on Delayed or Forbidden Deliveries during Olympics
Effective August till End of September

This is a nation-wide policy imposed upon all delivery companies.

Due to special regulations by the government during Olympics, we regret that we are

experiencing delay and restriction on certain products and for certain delivery methods,

please read carefully for what applies to your location.

For EMS, standard mail or Express Cash on Delivery methods:

Mobile, Digital and other products that contain

lithium batteries,
are magnetic or
corrosive;
Liquid, powdery, pasty products;
Products with motors;
Knives or cutlery;

Exceptions: Express Cash on Delivery for delivery address in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou
and Zhejiang are not affected by this policy, you can expect regular deliveries.

For Standard Cash on Delivery service:
    For customers with delivery addresses in the following provinces or autonomous cities,
we regret that we will not be able to deliver the forbidden products listed above(In alphabetical order):
 

 Chongqing,
 Fujian,
 Gansu,
 Guizhou,
 Hebei,
 Heilongjiang,
 Henan,
 Hubei,
 Hunan,
 Inner Mongolia,
 Jilin,
 Liaoning,
 Ningxia,
 Qinghai,
 Shandong,
 Shaanxi,
 Shanxi,
 Sichuan,
 Tianjin,
 Tibet,
 Xinjiang, 
 Yunnan.

    For delivery address not listed in the above province and city list, we can still make

all deliveries. However, we will have to split your orders into products restricted by

Olympics vs those not restricted. For the products without restriction, we will deliver

according to the regular delivery time frame. For the restricted products, we will ship to

you through alternative arrangements-this will mean a 2-4 business day delay from our

originally promised delivery date. If there is any special circumstances due to other newly

risen regulations, we will inform you promptly.

   We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this might cause you.  Please be sure that

for split deliveries, you will not be charged additional delivery charge.
