We currently provide delivery service for Municipalities and Provincial Capitals within Mainland China (Not including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan areas).
Please note that the only acceptable payment currency is RMB.

*The above rates apply to packages weighing less than 3kg. Overweight package:  for packages weighing more than 3kg, 2RMB is charged for every additional1kg.

Special note:
    1. It requires 1 to 3 days to process the order. If you choose the following option, namely, “deliver available goods, continue to purchase the rest for three working days, and cancel the order if the goods are still out of stock after three days”, the delivery of the goods in short supply will be somewhat postponed.
    2. The delivery deadline refers to the period starting from the next day after we send you a “goods delivered” e-mail notice. There are different delivery deadlines in relation to different delivery methods. Please read carefully the deadline description of corresponding delivery methods.
    3. Delivery might be delayed if you provide a wrong name, telephone number and address. To help expedite delivery, please fill in an accurate post code. If you need delivery to door, do not leave a mail box number please. If you have any requirements about the delivery deadline, please make a note in the Customer Comments section.
4. The estimated delivery time on this website may be updated from time to time without notice. Please stay informed.
Delivery to door (Beijing)
    There will be a special delivery company to deliver your goods to door within Beijing city proper.
    The delivery time frame: (working days refer to Monday through Friday every week, working time refers to 10:00-18:00)
    Please fill in your street name, door number, accurate contact information and telephone number in the mailing address. Otherwise, you may not be able to enjoy the delivery service.
    If the mailing address falls within the eight districts of Beijing or the Beijing suburban counties, your goods will be delivered within two working days after you receive the delivery notice through e-mail.

    If the time you appoint in the Customer Comments section is confirmed by the order and your contact information is all accurate, your goods will be delivered the next working day after you receive the delivery notice through e-mail.
    If you fail to receive your goods within the delivery deadline, please contact our customer service staff through email.
Delivery to door (nationwide)
    The third-party delivery company will deliver your goods to door in mainland China (outside Beijing).
    Delivery range and deadline: (Working days refer to Monday to Friday every week, and working time refers to 10:00-18:00).
    Please fill in your street name, door number, accurate contact information and telephone number in the mailing address. Otherwise, you may not be able to enjoy the delivery service.
    If you are located in a big city in mainland China (outside Beijing), the delivery company will deliver your goods within 3 working days after you receive the delivery notice through email. If you are located in middle and small cities or county towns in Jiangsu and Zhejiang province, the delivery will take no more than 6 days after you get the notice.

    If you fail to receive your goods within the delivery deadline, please contact our customer service staff through email.

 

 

Regulations for Return or Exchange of Goods
    This regulation is stipulated by the ExpatMart Online Shop according to: the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Product Quality, the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Protection of Customer Rights and Interests, the Method for Implementation of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Protection of Customer Rights and Interests and the Provisions on Three Guarantees for Products for relevant products. If the customers require exchanging or returning the Olympic products purchased from the ExpatMart Online Shop, please execute such an alteration according to these stipulations.
1.Preparation made by the customer in advance of the return or exchange of goods
    1)Contact ExpatMart Online Shop customer service center by e-mail order@expatmart.com to inform them of the order serial number and reasons for the return or exchange of goods.
   2)Preserve the over-wrap, accessories, instruction manuals, guarantee slip, invoice, delivery slip and appendix of the product.
   3)Please wrap the goods well in a secure packaging (including padding or inlay, a packing box or a packing bag), allowing that you can re-employ the packing materials once used by the ExpatMart Online Shop, and please put enough padding or inlay so as to avoid both the clanking of articles and the scattering of smaller items when the parcel is in transit.
2.Conditions for customer to return the goods
    Within 7 days of receiving goods, the goods can be exchanged or returned because of defect. After that, the goods can not be exchanged or returned in principle.
3.Transportation fees and other charges for return of goods
    1)The customer has to take responsibility in these circumstances:
        A.Sending the goods by mail to E-shop without contacting ExpatMart Online Shop customer service center;
        B.The customers send back the goods by mail without all the accessories or with an incomplete accessory.
        C.When choosing a delivery method other than common parcel, the customer will be responsible for the extra transportation fee.
    2)The ExpatMart Online Shop shall take responsibility in these circumstances:
       If any defect occurs within 7 days of receiving the goods, E-shop shall confirm whether it conforms to the standards of returning goods.
4.Exchange or return of goods is not allowed in the following circumstances:
    1)Quality problems because of abnormal use;
    2)Preserving or exposing the products in or to an unsuitable environment;
    3)Unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, alteration and incorrect installation;
    4)Force majeure;
    5)Damage caused by the splashing of liquid or food;
    6)Normal tear and wear of products;
    7)Not contacting the ExpatMart Online Shop customer service center before the return of goods;
    8)The package or product accessories of returned goods are incomplete or damaged.
    9)Products not provided by the ExpatMart Online Shop.
    10)Because of individual computer differences, the color displayed by computers when the customers submit orders may be different from the actual color of the product, thus leading to customer dissatisfaction.
5.Other instructions:

    2)If there are special regulations for exchanging or returning goods on the ExpatMart Online Shop relevant products website, please execute according to those regulations.
    3)The regulation’s final right of interpretation belongs to Beijing Chuangyishangtong Information & Technology Development Co., Ltd.


Handling procedures for the exchange or return of goods

   1.Contact the ExpatMart Online Shop customer service center through e-mail order@expatmart.com, inform them of the order serial number and reasons for the return or exchange of goods.
   2.Following confirmation by the ExpatMart Online Shop customer service center, please send the products by standard post parcel to the ExpatMart Online Shop Delivery Department.Make sure that the appendix and accessory of the product are complete, and pack it well. Please mark the order serial number and reasons for exchanging or returning goods on the parcel.

   3.After the products are returned and checked by the ExpatMart Online Shop Delivery Department, if a quality problem is confirmed, then the exchange or return of goods can be handled. For return of goods, the ExpatMart Online Shop customer service center will negotiate with customers about refund matters; for exchange of goods, the ExpatMart Online Shop delivery department will organize the products and re-send them.
