We guarantee the quality of our products. If there is any quality problem, we provide exchange and return service for the damaged products during the exchange/return period.

Exchange Policy and Procedure for Sex Products:
Check for Damage at Time of Delivery
ExpatMart encourages you to check the product for damages during shipping at time of payment(if you chose Cash on Delivery) or at the post office(for standard mail) or when EMS delivery service come. If damages are discovered during Cash on Delivery, you can refuse to pay and ask for re-delivery. If damages discovered when delivered through EMS or standard mail, you can ask for proof of damage at time of delivery and ask compensation with the corresponding delivery channel.  You can send us the proof of damage issued by Postal Office or EMS and we will send you replacement asap.
After Delivery Exchange Policy and Procedure
Policy
Within 15 days after purchase(postmark or cash on delivery date), provided that you have not used the product in anyway and have all of its packaging in its original shape, if you found the product to have quality problems including dirtiness, missing part, broken functions, you can email us with the product and order information to request an product exchange. 
Once you receive our return confirmation through email, please send the complete package along with any receipts, packing slip and bonus gifts with a note stating clearly your return reason to our exchange address.

Replacement Product
Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou Cash on Delivery Customers
If you are in Beijing and purchased through Cash on delivery, your exchanged product will be delivered in 3 business days after our confirmation. If you are a customer in Shanghai or Guangzhou and your product was delivered by Cash on Delivery from Shanghai or Guangzhou warehouse, then your exchanged product will be delivered in 3 business days after confirmation; if you are a customer in Shanghai or Guangzhou and your product was originally delivered through Cash on Delivery from Beijing warehouse, then the exchanged product will arrive in 10 to 15 days. 
Standard Mail Customers
If your product was sent through standard postal service.   After we receive the package, we will coordinate to send out the exchange asap. 
Overseas Customers
If you are from overseas, please send us an email with your exchange information. After receving our confirmation, please send the damaged product to our address, and we will arrange exchange accordingly.  
Please Note: 
If you purchased game outfits, underwear or other apparel items,perfume, personal care or drug items, we can only accept return or exchanges if the item is unused. 
Any bonus or gift items included with your purchase must be returned as well when you are making return or exchanges. 
Refund for returns will be deposited to your virtual account, or returned to a bank account through transfer or mailed to an address through postal office. Please designate where you wish for your refund to be placed. If unspecified we will deposit it to your virtual account.  
Under the following circumstance we will not be able to process your returns/exchanges:
1. The returned product doesn't include all parts included in the purchase. 
2. Product has obvious damage from usage. 
3. ExpatMart did not receive your returned products

 

Return Policy and Procedure for Sex Products:
Policy
Within 7 days after purchase(postmark or cash on delivery date), if the product has quality problems including dirtiness, missing part, broken functions, you can return for a refund
Procedure
Please email us with the product order information and return reason to request return. Once you receive our confirmation email , please mail the product, along with receipts, packing slip and gifts included with the purchase, along with a note denoting the reason and "退货"(return) to our designated return address listed below. When ExpatMart receives the product and confirms the product damage was not by human error on your side, we will coordinate the return within a week.  
Refund
The refund for the product will be either put in your virtual account or to a bank account that you specified in your return message. If there was any special coupons or membership points used during the purchase, that portion will be returned to your virtual account. (Note: even for small products, please use a box for shipping; if placed in envelop it might cause damage during shipping.
